My name is Ashlyn, and I'm a stay-at-home Mommy to two children, Nicole (November, 2003) and Greyson (October, 2007). I grew up in Concord and Charlotte, NC. After teaching fifth grade for several years, I decided to put my career on hold and stay home to raise my children.

In October of 2006, Nicole (going by the nickname Cole) wanted to be a ballerina for Halloween. I searched and searched for a poofy tutu locally and could not find one. This lead me to making one on my own and that is how Cole Baby Tutus began. I thought other Moms would love to have a tutu for their little princess.
