Tutu Sizing Guide
Each Cole Baby Tutu is custom made to order based on the specifications you provide. To ensure the most accurate fit, you may include a measurement in the comments box at checkout. In each of our tutus, waist bands are made with 1" non-roll elastic, and will stretch an addtional 2-3" to allow for growth.
For Tutus:
Measure around the waistline to determine which of the following sizes are most appropriate for your little one. For best fit, it is recommended that you order your tutu one inch smaller than the actual waist measurement.
Extra-Small
Waist size is 15" and will stretch to approximately 17". This size is recommended for newborns up to 9 months of age. Extra-Small tutus in the Shortcake length are approximately 6-7". Princess length tutus are not recommended in this size.
Small
Waist size is 18" and will stretch to approximately 21". This size is recommended for children 1-3 years of age. Small tutus in the Shortcake length are 8" and in the Princess length are 12".
Medium
Waist size is 20" and will stretch to approximately 23". This size is recommeded for children 4-6 years of age. Medium tutus in the Shortcake length are 8" and in the Princess length are 12".
Large
Waist size is 22" and will stretch to approximately 25". This size is recommended for children 7-9 years of age. Large tutus in the Shortcake length are 8" and in the Princess length are 15".
For Tutu Dresses:
Tutu dresses require additional measurements for proper fit. A chest measurement and a height measurement are required. When ordering a tutu dress, please provide this information in the appropriate drop-down boxes.
