Photos that are uploaded must, in Colebabytutus.com sole discretion, be pertinent to the theme of our site, and in most cases, must include photos of individuals wearing tutus or other products that have been purchased on Colebabytutus.com. No photos may be uploaded, under any circumstances, that are controversial or depict any theme that would not be classified as family friendly. Colebabytutus.com may at any time remove images for any reason, or no reason at all. All photos uploaded become the property of colebabytutus.com, and may be used by us on our website or in advertisements that we may create. If the photo(s) you upload is/are used on our website or in any advertisement, you will not be paid or otherwise compensated in any way. When uploading images, please choose file names that do not identify your child or children. Other than what is depicted in the photo, no identifiable information will ever be included with your images, including but not limited to names, addresses, ages, birthdates, city of residence, state of residence or contact information. If you have any concerns that the photos you upload will compromise you or your child's personal privacy, please do not upload. You may, at any time, request that Colebabytutus.com discontinue the use of photos that you have uploaded. Please notify us via the "contact us" link, and will will remove your photos as soon as possible.
